Simple form, narrow frames
Gemini Integral is a wood-aluminum structure unique to the Gemini family. It is characterized by an aluminum sash profile that is invisible from the outside, creating the visual effect of a single frame, just like with permanent glazing. The shape of the system profiles is designed without a clear slant and, as a result, form a right angle on the outside. The use of an additional welded gasket in the frame profile increases the overall tightness of the entire structure, resulting in this system gaining the E1200 classification as confirmed by the IFT Rosenheim test.
The modern, single-frame visual form of this system perfectly matches the latest trends in construction and allows architects to combine many materials such as glass, concrete, aluminum, and steel. Its system profiles can be ordered in the form of welded or punched frames.
