Used to design modern curtain walls with simple and complex shapes, the MC Wall system offers many possibilities for shaping the building. It also allows for structures to be opened on the façade, such as parallel or roof windows. The curtain wall system consists of vertical mullions and horizontal transoms connected by stainless steel bolts. The visual width of the mullion-transom is 55 mm. The fasteners ensure a very high load-bearing capacity of the mullion-transom connection and do not interfere with the ability to use traditional transom brackets or fastening transoms with only screws from the front. A wide range of mullions and transoms adapted for static requirements are available, while the insulators can be built according to the infill thickness.
Vapor-proof and breather membranes applied to the perimeter of the façade are in accordance with the new guidelines for the assembly of aluminum structures. Bending profiles and a wide range of decorative cover caps are available and allow for a number of different visual effects to be applied on the curtain wall.
A wide range of colors are available from the RAL palette as well as structural, Aliplast Wood Color Effect, anodized, and bi-color colors.
