Mullion and transom system
Vella is a timber-aluminum system based on mullion and transom constructions, intended for the construction of façades and winter gardens. The supporting structure is made of wooden poles with a thickness of 50, 60, or 80 mm and a depth adopted on the basis of static calculations. This system consists of a wide range of aluminum profiles, gaskets, and insulators. It ensures permanent glazing fixing, extraordinary tightness, high thermal parameters, and guarantees perfect protection for the wood. The glazing range for this system is between 9 and 60 mm.
This solution perfectly combines the durability, color possibilities, and weather resistance of aluminum with an aesthetic wood interior. The Vella system is ideal for modern spatial architecture.
