Integrated Safety Barriers
Windows with safety barriers are gaining more and more supporters, and Awilux offers a system solution - safety barriers mounted directly to the frame. This guarantees high aesthetics of the performance, safety of use and preservation of thermal insulation properties.
The solution has undergone quality control, which is confirmed by the National Technical Assessment of ITB. This means that the complete system can be safely used in residential and public buildings (e.g. offices, hotels, restaurants, schools or healthcare facilities).
The balustrade is made of toughened and laminated VSG glass. It is transparent, so it provides an uninterrupted view. The maximum width is 2 meters.
In the standard version, all barriers fastening profiles are available in EV1 color. However, there is a possibility of anodizing in other colors or powder coating in any color from the RAL palette. The color of the upper glass cover is also adapted to the overall look. In this way, it is possible to create original solutions ideally suited to the facility.
Glass safety barriers can be installed in many systems available in the Awilux offer: Schüco LivIng, AluInside and Corona CT 70. The solution allows for easy use of aluminum overlays on windows and external roller shutters.
Safety barriers can be attached to window frames at the production stage, which means that the finished product is delivered to its final destination. This allows for a significant reduction in the installation time of the railing. Depending on the window system, you can choose one of the ways of concealed mounting of the railing to the frame - using rebate strips or profile dowels.
Awilux safety barriers allow for the implementation of even the most original architectural designs, providing protection against possible falling out, and also guaranteeing high aesthetics of the finish.
